Our goal at RG175 is to discover talent, to find good leaders and workable solutions. We seek to help independent schools and other educational institutions as they grow and change. We are committed to excellence and personal service.

Our Team

We are former Heads of School and trustees with a track record of leadership both in the USA and Europe. Our extensive service on School Boards and Non-Profit Organizations enables us to assist with governance and bring expertise to a variety of short and long-term projects including:

• head searches
• board workshops
• long range planning
• executive coaching
• mentoring
• and administrative review and support.

Our Approach

We work as a team serving a variety of national and international schools and organizations. As committed partners and advocates for our clients we identify and understand the institutional needs and preferences of the candidates with whom we work.
