Tom Evans spent 26 years as Head of Cape Cod Academy (MA), during which time the school experienced extraordinary growth and prosperity. Prior to his long tenure as school head, he worked as Field Representative for NAIS, as Associate Head at the Carroll School (MA), and as Admissions Director at Williston-Northampton School (MA). He has been a trustee of the Bancroft School (MA), spent eight years as a member of the Klingenstein Visiting Fellows Advisory Committee, helped establish the NAIS Governance Through Partnership program, and is a member of the Country Day School Headmasters Association. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank and a local conservation trust. He works with the firm on searches, long-range planning, and trustee development.
