Gillian D. duCharme has 20 years of independent school headship experience, first at The Town School, New York, NY, and subsequently at Benenden School, Kent, England. Her current work on boards in the not for profit sector includes Marlborough House School, the Greenwich School of Management, and the International Rescue Committee UK. She has worked with RG175 as international representative since 2003 and has strong experience in searches, strategic planning and governance worldwide.
